Yeah, I got older the other day...

We went to a new Japanese restaurant where I finally found one speciality I never had before, raw horse meat. It was VERY tender and full of flavour, it was eaten with radish that gave it a nice blend of flavours.

You can also see some of the sashimi and the barbecued salmon head below.

The worst thing with this isn't that someone actually invented the flavour, it's that it was a really good one...

Got to love this...

Probably more fun for those of you who has been to China and battled the Chinese love for MSG though...
